I picked this up on pre-order because I knew from watching Alexa Donne on YouTube that I had to read this book. YA thrillers are a love of mine and getting to see how she would do it just spurred me on. The whole premise appealed to me, college admissions where people will kill to get in. The book had me hooked from page one and I ended up forcing myself to go to sleep once I got closer to the end, and then devoured it this morning to finish it off.
This is one hell of a story, the characters are relatable, the story engaging, and the premise is so simple and yet executed to a level of serious writing skill. I adored the twists, some I saw coming, others I didn’t, and I loved that ending, it about made the book for me. Overall, if you love a good thriller, then this is one you do not want to miss! Highly, highly recommended!
