The Wife Upstairs. Every book I read of Freda McFadden just keeps me hooked. This was the 8th book I have read of hers. Everytime I think she cant surprise me, she does. I like the fact that the chapters are short and not so long, so I am able to read more, and I just keep turning the pages going to the next chapter after the next chapter.

I love books that hold my interest and keep me hooked, and all of hers do. I’m glad she has written a lot of books because I plan on buying more. I like paperback books versus using Kindle app etc. When I read her books, I wonder where Freda McFadden gets her ideas. She keeps me turning the pages. Her books are always “wow, I didnt see that coming”.
