This is a great read! So many good reminders on how our thinking can affect our bodies and our experiences / reality outside of our bodies. Not too “sciencey”, it’s an easy read in layman’s terms. My favourite feature is the review / take away points at the end of each chapter. The paragraphs are short, so you can easily read a chapter in 15 mins, which is a great way to start a day off. The author does refer to Bible and scripture, which may not appeal to some readers, but if you can focus on the meat and potatoes and not get too caught up in the small details, the overall message and reminders is great! I would recommend this book.
