I wasn’t going to rate this book 5 stars at first, but the last 25% of the book had me in a chokehold and pretty much solidified it as a 5 for me. I couldn’t put it down. I was so engrossed and had to keep reading, and man that last bit — it got me. I was not expecting THAT — iykyk.

I didn’t really like Daisy at first. I didn’t vibe with her. But as the story progressed I started to like her more and more. I think I even like her more than Magnolia. There were many times I was back and forth about her though, but I haven’t to remember that at 20 years old you aren’t that mature yet. I fell in love with Christian though, but didn’t like the way he would talk to and about Magnolia. Julian I was kinda indifferent about up until the end and then I hated him for saying what he said. I don’t know if he’ll be able to redeem himself in my eyes after that ending.
