This was the first book I’ve read by this author, and I am so mad I left this in my TBR for so long. It had me completely hooked with the plot, and writing was phenomenal. I enjoyed the twists, and the slow burn was delicious. Their chemistry was instant and intense!

Angelo was the antihero we all love! He was dark and dangerous, vicious! But we all love a bad guy, especially when they’re as hot as him. Loved the connection between him and his brothers and the devotion to his mama.

Rory was a good girl who is attracted to bad things. She’s sweet but is snarky when she needs to be. She has a backbone but the situation she was in forced her to constantly push down her urge for violence. She had down some petty bad things but her guilt drives her to the need to confess and atone. I love her bird curse words.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gripping mafia romance with a sexy dangerous MMC.
