This book follows essentially the same timeline as 𝘔𝘢𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘢 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘴: 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘢𝘺 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦, so a lot of the crossover plot points were familiar. However, seeing them from different POVs was sheer perfection. After the cliffy of that book, I wasn’t sure Id be able to really get into this one as much, but I was wrong (thank goodness). The layers I got to see of Daisy, Christian, Julian, and even Magnolia a little were exactly what I needed. This Jessa wrote so many wonderful moments (one of my faves is a convo between Henry and Christian fairly early on in the book).

I don’t know how people pick favorite couples in this series because my favorite changes (almost) every other chapter. 😂 As per usual, I felt ill the whole second half of the book and I loved every single second. Per usual, there’s a cliffy on this one, but comparatively, it’s tame. Take that with a grain of salt though. I do not know how I’ll make it until 2024 waiting for the next book, but I’m in this series for the long haul. Thank goodness the audios are coming soon so I can relive this world (yes, I already need to because it’s that good). Please, go and read this series!⁣
