Just read all three books, back to back, over the weekend. To me this was the perfect trilogy. Great fast-paced story. Many aspects of the story I didn’t see coming even though I might have guessed who was behind the mischief but I was also wrong a time or two and was totally flabbergasted. My favorite of the trilogy was the first but each was great.

Some spoilers ahead:

I really love Rina Kent’s characters and how they are unique and winsome when they really shouldn’t be like Adrian and Damien. I like that this was a slow burn with not as much sex as all of her other books but it felt authentic to the story as they were in the Russian service and they all thought she was a man for most of the first book. I also think spicy books sometimes use the spice as filler and it’s not really part of the story… three chapters and spice, two chapters and spice.
