King of Pride was a super cute romance story with a few really great spicy scenes. Overall, it was a fun read, but for me, I did feel like it was lacking and very predictable. I enjoyed the lead characters who were very likable. Isabella felt extremely relatable for me, and I love the quiet, smart guys, so it was a fun duo for me. I enjoyed it more than King Of Wrath, and I hear these books just continue to get better, which I’m hoping to be true. The story and character connection is adorable, and you really love them together, but the meat of the plots in these books are what lose me. I think I prefer dark romance because the plots are usually way more involved, and I enjoy that. The best scene in this book is the feather scene, and that was entertaining and smutty, lol. In the end, these books are definitely for cutesy romance lovers
