I like this book. My favorite techniques are positive and negative reinforcement. I brought up the ideas to upper management at my job. They genuinely want the praise and flattery of factory workers to improve work performance. I have undergone a psychotherapy treatment plan; therefore, I like the sections that describe psychotherapists using specific techniques. In my opinion, this book presents persuasive language and behavioral patterns in a way that I can apply the technique immediately. It feels good to go to an area and instinctively know I have control over hundreds of targets. Therefore nothing terrible happens. No panic attacks or unstable anxiety. Nothing bad happens.
